A Morgantown Area Entrepreneurs Forum will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at the Waterfront Place Hotel. The event begins with a business development and networking reception with refreshments and a cash bar at 6:00 p.m. At 6:30 p.m. the reception is followed by a presentation entitled “Small Is The New Big and Other Entrepreneurial Messages” by Ed DeCosta, President of Catalyst Associates LLC, a Morgantown-based management consulting and executive coaching firm. Come join us for what is sure to be a lively discussion of business growth strategies, connecting with your target market, and advice on how best to market your business in today’s economy.
The Morgantown Entrepreneurs Forum is co-sponsored by the Morgantown Area Economic Partnership, the WVU Research Corporation, the WVU Entrepreneurship Center, and the WV Small Business Development Center. The Entrepreneurs Forums bring together existing and prospective entrepreneurs, business service professionals, and local small business resource providers for business development and networking opportunities and to exchange information on a variety of topics of interest to local entrepreneurs.
Existing and prospective business persons in the Morgantown Area are invited to attend. There is no cost or pre-registration.
