SportsWeave’s upcoming Skills Academy with ex-WVU star Brian Jozwiak was mentioned in June 5th’s Charleston Daily Mail newspaper. The article talks about Jozwiak’s athletic history as well as details on the the upcoming event titled “Jozwiak’s Maniacs.”

The former WVU star is bringing his first Jozwiak’s Maniacs All-American Linemen Skills Academy to Morgantown’s University High June 20.

“Today, they give those skill guys all the opportunities,” Jozwiak said. “Well, I call my offensive line guys skill guys. We’ve got more skill than anyone else.”

The camp is open to players about to enter grades 7-12. Registration begins at 8 a.m. and costs $100. Jozwiak will feature former NFL and college players sharing tips, drills and skill sets as well as a standard combine test.

The results will then be catalogued by Dale Weaver’s SportsWeave combine database and made available to interested colleges and universities.

“We’re not going to reinvent the wheel,” said Jozwiak, who’s confirmed former Mountaineers Rich Braham and Brad Hunt as instructors. “We’re hoping they can pick up a little tool to put in the tool box.”
